Hamish Stening

I am a combined Master-PhD organisational psychology student at Macquarie University in Sydney, Australia. My research is primarily concerned with measuring and understanding the communication dynamics of teams working collaboratively to solve problems, and determining how different types and structures of communications affect team performance. I have expertise and experience in organisational development and culture change, performance appraisal and coaching, and psychometric assessment and recruitment, and at the university I teach statistics and both social and organisational psychology.
